7 Weight Loss Tips

You know you are experiencing improper dieting, but do not know how to stop it! It is time to get your balance back. The following easy weight loss tips will help you lose weight in a healthy way.

Tip 1 : Your Diet Should Be According To Your Health

 Do not eat more then your body need. Your diet should be according to your healthy and the consumption of food.

Tip 2: 5 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables Per day

Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

Tip 3: Do Not Skip Meals

Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 – 6 smaller meals throughout the day.

Tip 4: Go For Wholesome Fresh Foods

If possible, purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content. Many people we spoke to are amazed that they can easily lose weight by packing a home-cooked lunch to work instead of eating out.

Tip 5: Watch For The Surgery Drinks

Juices, pop, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.

Tip 6: Keep a Food Journal

Keeping a food journal helps you pin point your eating pattern and will enable you to easily modify it. If possible, have your Registered Dietitian review your journal.

Tip 7: Exercise

Most authorities recommend 30 – 60 minutes of exercise a day to stay healthy. Also try adding weight-bearing exercises at least 2 times a week. This will help burn some of the unwanted calories.

    Cut the Crap !!!
    I’ve found a new way of dieting…
    Im a food lover… and I cant resist myself…. when I some yummmy foood is in front of me…
    Whenever I go out for meals…. or even in home… I just cant stop myself…
    So I found new way…
    I just take 1 meal a day… and thats a dinner… I somehow get myself busy in work during the day… and skip breakfast and lunch… and then I take an average and sometimes more than average… quantity of meal…
    Along with any drink that contains good amount of acitic acid (wine or champagne)… That process the food quickly…

    In doing so I’ve lost 30Kg so far…(from 120 to 90 – that makes 25% weight loss) in around 6 months … and still continuing this habbit…

    And this period Im not doing any particular exercises or walking or running… Just playing normal cricket for an hour… thats it…

    And so far… Im feeling perfect… no weakness at all…

    My doctor aunt says… that i doing so… chances of Diabetes rises…

    But as it is said ” Love is Blind ” … and when one fall in love … he can do wonders ….

    well my weight is 120kgs iam also very fond of eating my job is in such a way that i can’t exercise because my job timing from 8am – 10 pm during this time i had one hour lunch break and also the fact is i gain the weight very early my age is 24 years i had also escape the lunch but there is no result i am worried plz send me suggestions
